The patterns are being graded and I’m waiting on the fabric czar to return from his vacation so he can put in my order for a custom plaid. Production should be under way pretty soon. I’m also beginning to sketch out my ideas for the Spring/Summer 2010 season. New jackets and raincoats are in the works.
On the finance side, I’m tweaking my numbers to calculate how much inventory I can make (I will be selling the fall/winter 09 coats online beginning early August) within my means. I’ve been using Mint to track my expenses.
